Iñaki Cebollero serves as the global Chief People Officer for Foundever. He is a seasoned senior leader with more than 25 years of experience driving business performance, operational efficiency and employee engagement across Europe, the United States and Latin America. In his role, he is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that empower people to deliver exceptional value to the business and its clients, while overseeing HR operations that foster an environment where teams can thrive.
Throughout his career, Iñaki has built a strong track record in leading large-scale HR operations, managing substantial budgets and guiding global workforces through transformational change. His expertise lies in integrating teams, processes and technology to elevate both employee and business outcomes, positioning him as a strategic, people-focused leader and trusted business advisor.
Prior to joining Foundever, Iñaki served as Chief People Officer at Apple Leisure Group, a global travel and hospitality company. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Atento, a leading global BPO provider, where he held several senior HR leadership roles, including eight years as Chief People Officer.
Iñaki holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Sociology from Complutense University in Madrid. He has completed advanced executive programs in HR Management at UCLA and the Management Development Program at IESE Business School. Most recently, he pursued the Executive CHRO Program at Wharton (2023) and the Board Member Program at IESE/AED/KPMG (2024).
