As SVP, Head of Financial Governance & Group Reporting at Foundever®, Céline Carcy builds, maintains and nurtures relationships with the company’s shareholders and lenders, specifically related to finance topics. She oversees the financial consolidation and participates in the group’s M&A and financing project.
She has been with the company since 2003, where she served as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2003 to 2015. During her tenure with the company, she’s participated in transformation projects of the group in growing from $12 million in revenue to over $4 billion in revenue.
Céline holds a degree in Financial Studies from Paris Dauphine.
