His career has been defined by operational discipline, cultural fluency, and the ability to lead complex organisations through meaningful transformation.
Pierre joins Foundever from IDEMIA, a global leader in identity and security technology, where he served as President and CEO for five years, leading a business of nearly 15,000 employees and more than $3 billion in revenue through significant strategic and operational transformation. Prior to IDEMIA, he spent nearly two decades at Bull Group, leading businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Southern Europe, and Central and Eastern Europe. It is a career built on the kind of global complexity and operational scale that few executives bring to a role of this nature.
As Chief Executive Officer, Pierre is focused on deepening client partnerships, strengthening operational performance and leading Foundever’s next phase of sustainable growth and CX transformation, using technology and AI to deliver measurable outcomes for clients. Pierre is French American and will be based in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from PSB Paris School of Business.
