MIAMI – April, 9 2025 – Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, today announced that Claire Calméjane has been named General Manager of the French Market for Foundever. This appointment comes at a key moment for the company, while it accelerates its transition to enhance its human agents with AI capabilities. Claire Calméjane began her role on April 1, succeeding Olivier Blanchard, who is now responsible for coordinating operations in Africa alongside Benedita Miranda, General Manager of Onshore/Offshore Operations for Foundever.

Claire Calméjane is a recognized leader in technological innovation in Europe. With 20 years’ experience in the tech and financial services sectors, she has led structuring transformation programs in organizations such as Société Générale, Lloyds Banking Group and Capgemini. An expert in artificial intelligence, fintech, IT transformation and digital P&L, Claire is also an investor and board member of several companies. She joins Foundever with an ambitious vision to combine operational excellence, responsible innovation and positive human impact.
