Chris Halbard was appointed CEO of Foundever in September 2025 by the company’s founders to lead Foundever into its next phase of growth and transformation. In this role, he implements the company’s overall strategy, focusing on growth and transformation initiatives worldwide, working closely with the global leadership team to drive alignment, agility, and enterprise-wide value for clients.
He originally joined Foundever in 2025 as CEO – EMEA Market, where he led the region’s strategy to drive growth, enhance profitability and strengthen business transformation, playing a key role in aligning EMEA operations with the company’s global vision.
Before joining Foundever, Chris was CEO at Velonetic, where he led the company’s rebranding and digital evolution. Previously, as President of the EMEA region for DXC Technology, he managed a team of 40,000 through restructuring and operational improvements. His career also includes senior leadership roles at BT Global Services, Accenture and Lucent Technologies, bringing over three decades of experience in business transformation and performance optimization.
Chris holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from The University of Sheffield. His expertise and leadership continue to drive the success of Foundever, ensuring innovation and excellence across the globe.
