Robert Kalin serves as General Manager, Northern Europe & Cyprus for Foundever where he is responsible for all aspects of operations for the Nordic countries, including Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, as well as Cyprus. He has more than three decades of experience in the industry and has held a multitude of operational and leadership roles. Robert joined SYKES, which is known today as Foundever, in 1995 and has served in several capacities including technical support representative, mentor, supervisor, account manager, IT manager, senior account manager, call center director, sr call center director and regional director. Prior to joining Foundever, he was a system development and IT consultant at Tieto Enator, a system developer at Jämtkraft and held an IT role at Härjedalens Mineral AB.
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Mid Sweden University. He has three children and he and his wife reside in Sveg, Sweden.
