Ravi Iyengar is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Foundever in the Asia Pacific region. Ravi was promoted into this role of COO – APAC in 2019 after leading Foundever in India since 2011 where he led the country to a Center of Excellence for the group with strong and balanced results across financials, people metrics and client KPI performance. Under his leadership, the Philippines, India, Australia, New Zealand and China are working together to form a strong Asian footprint and drive a high-performance, people-centric culture in the region.
Ravi has +33 years of experience in the IT and IT-enabled service industries in India and the Philippines. Before joining Foundever, Ravi was the CRM Delivery Leader for IBM Global Process Services (now Concentrix) in Bangalore, responsible for diverse verticals like banking, financial industries and insurance, utilities and telecoms. He has also worked for Tracmail, Tech Pacific, Microland and CMC.
Ravi holds a master’s degree in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal. He also completed the Certification Program in Executive Leadership at Cornell University.
In 2022, Ravi was named as one of the Outstanding Leaders in Asia by the Asia Corporate Excellence and Sustainability (ACES) Awards.
