Eduardo Endo Gomes is COO – LATAM and is responsible for all operations in Latin America (except Brazil). Eduardo – known as Endo – joined Foundever™ in August 2016 as Director of Operations in Brazil, leading Operations, Workforce Management, Continuous Improvement and Quality. In 2018, Endo took the leadership of Colombia as Country Manager and a year later, he was named General Manager for Colombia and North America. His leadership role changed again to COO – LATAM exclusively to focus on one of the most important areas of the U.S. market region.
Endo has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is fluent in three languages: native Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Before joining Foundever, Endo served as ExecutiveDirector at Atento do Brasil, responsible for the Revenue Generation unit of the Vivo/Telefonica division, including Sales, Collections and Retention of B2C and B2B verticals of Vivo/Telefonica. Prior to this, Endo was Vendor Manager at Vivo/Telefonica, responsible for the Planning area and managing the four largest BPO partners of the group.
Endo is currently based in Miami.
